Founded in 1968 by a group of local businesses, the Cottage Grove Area Chamber of Commerce, formerly known as the Cottage Grove Businessmen’s Association, grew from the idea that promoting business is synonymous with promoting the community. In 1988 the group took on its present name.

Mission:

Our mission is to foster economic and business growth within the Chamber area.

To develop a strong business-education partnership to address issues of concern to the business community.
To identify legislative issues impacting on private enterprise and promote Chamber position on such issues at all levels of government.

The number one goal of our Chamber is to foster economic and business growth within the Chamber area. Chamber members enjoy the benefit of making new business contacts within the group, the opportunity to better the community through service on various task committees and boards and participate in education seminars as well as networking events.
