- Maximum Investment Capped at $1,500.00 Annually
- Civic Organizations/Associations: $125.00 Annually
- Part-Time Employees: To convert part time employees to FTEs, divide the number of hours worked per week by 40 to arrive at the equivalent FTE. For example: if you had two 10 hour employees, one 15 hour employee, one 40 hour employee and six 20 hour employees you would add 10 + 10 +15 + 40 + (6*20) = 195 hours divided by 40 = 4.9 FTEs.
- Seasonal Employees: To convert seasonal employees to FTEs, divide the number of hours worked per year by each seasonal employee by 2,080 to arrive at the equivalent FTE. For example: if you have a six seasonal employees working 40 hours per week from May through August, that would be 4 months x 4 weeks per month x 40 hours per week = 640 hours x 6 employees = 3,840 hours divided by 2,080 = 1.8 FTEs.
